Injury Prevention session
60 min Injury Prevention session - $115
Choose this option if you are a yoga practitioner or yoga teacher who is recovering from an injury or has a recurring injury and you don't know how to return safely to a yoga practice.
Embodiment bundle
Developing a therapeutic relationship happens over time and that will allow your body to start feeling safe and unwind easier. The more you receive this work, the more your body learns how to access its innate ability to heal.
